Abstract
La implementación del aplicativo web para el agendamiento de citas en el Centro
Pediátrico y Neurodesarrollo Infantil ANIDAR de la ciudad de Riobamba ha sido
sumamente beneficiosa. Inicialmente, se llevaron a cabo encuestas para evaluar el
servicio existente, seguido de la presentación de una propuesta tecnológica que
eliminó deficiencias mediante un aplicativo web accesible tanto para usuarios
generales como para administrativos y especialistas.
La respuesta positiva de los usuarios destaca la importancia de la rapidez y facilidad
en el agendamiento, transformando la percepción de eficiencia y satisfacción del
usuario. El aplicativo ha demostrado una destacada capacidad para satisfacer las
necesidades específicas de pacientes y personal médico, obteniendo altas
calificaciones en eficiencia, usabilidad y satisfacción. Este impacto positivo se refleja
en mejoras internas, como la eficiencia del personal y una comunicación más
efectiva.
La alta recomendación por parte de los usuarios respalda la relevancia fundamental
del aplicativo en ANIDAR. En resumen, la implementación ha generado un cambio
altamente positivo y satisfactorio, mejorando la experiencia y eficiencia tanto para
usuarios como internamente. Este aplicativo se consolida como una herramienta
esencial en la evolución continua del Centro Pediátrico y Neurodesarrollo Infantil
ANIDAR.
Description
The implementation of the web application for appointment scheduling at the
Pediatric and Child Neurodevelopment Center ANIDAR in the city of Riobamba has
been extremely beneficial. Initially, surveys were conducted to assess the existing
service, followed by the presentation of a technological proposal that addressed
deficiencies through an accessible web application for both general users and
administrative and specialist staff.
