Abstract
En determinados momentos de sus vidas, las personas pueden sentir
la necesidad de buscar una vivienda para comprar, alquilar o vender. La
aplicación propuesta brinda la oportunidad de publicar propiedades en
su plataforma, permitiendo que otros usuarios las visualicen y
establezcan contacto a través del número de teléfono proporcionado por
el propietario, todo ello mediante un proceso de registro en la
plataforma. Es fundamental señalar que la aplicación actúa
exclusivamente como un espacio para exhibir propiedades, no
involucrándose en las transacciones económicas entre compradores y
vendedores. Esta herramienta ha sido desarrollada utilizando
herramientas como Node.js, Sequelize, Express, entre otras, y está
diseñada tanto para aquellos que desean poner en venta sus
propiedades como para aquellos que buscan bienes inmuebles.
Description
At certain moments in their lives, people may feel the need to search for
a home to buy, rent, or sell. The proposed application provides the
opportunity to post properties on its platform, allowing other users to
view them and establish contact through the phone number provided by
the owner, all through a registration process on the platform. It is
essential to note that the application acts exclusively as a space to
showcase properties, not getting involved in the economic transactions
between buyers and sellers. This tool has been developed using
technologies such as Node.js, Sequelize, Express, among others, and
is designed for both those who want to sell their properties and those
looking for real estate.
