Abstract
In this academic essay, a bibliographical review was carried out where the use of a plant, a natural product, such as Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Miller) in Gel form as a muscular anti-inflammatory is justified; said inflammatory conditions tend to occur frequently and therefore constitute health problems; On the other hand, the use of a vegetable product is an advantage over other animal or synthetic products that may represent a danger to human health.

En este ensayo académico se realizó una revisión bibliográfica donde se justifica el uso de una planta, un producto natural, como es la Sábila (Aloe Barbadensis Miller) en forma de Gel como anti inflamatorio muscular; dichas afecciones inflamatorias suelen presentarse con frecuencia y constituyen por esto problemas de salud; por otra parte, la utilización de un producto vegetal es una ventaja ante otros productos animales o sintéticos que pueden representar un peligro para la salud humana.
