    A Quasi-experimental study was carried out in the period from November 2021 to April 2022 in the medical office of the Center for Therapeutic Practices of the Higher Technological Institute "Dr. Misael Acosta S. The universe of work was made up of patients with arterial hypertension who came decompensated. The sample was made up of the first 35 decompensated hypertensive adult patients in this group who received homeopathic therapy. The patients were classified according to their evolutionary stage, taking age and sex as independent variables; They received homeopathic treatment for three months, following them monthly for a total of four months, then being classified as Controlled and Uncontrolled. During the investigation, a predominance of the group of 60 years and over and the female sex was found, most of the patients were controlled with the therapy.
