| dc.description | The present work analyzes the use of auriculotherapy as an alternative therapy in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus (DM). An exhaustive bibliographic review is carried out to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this technique in patients with diabetes as a complementary treatment. In addition, a detailed methodology for the application of auriculotherapy is presented. The findings are discussed in the conclusion, providing a comprehensive view on the relevance and potential of auriculotherapy as a complement in the management of Diabetes Mellitus. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo analiza el uso de la auriculoterapia como terapia alternativa en el tratamiento de la Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva para evaluar la eficacia y seguridad de esta técnica en pacientes con diabetes como tratamiento complementario. Además, se presenta una metodología detallada para la aplicación de la auriculoterapia. Los hallazgos se discuten en la conclusión, proporcionando una visión integral sobre la relevancia y potencial de la auriculoterapia como complemento en el manejo de la Diabetes Mellitus. | |
