dc.descriptionThe Oracle Evolution Sequence (EOS) is the recognition of bodily intelligence that can be applied for therapeutic purposes. It is a sequence of physical movements, the product of a process of introspection by the author - a process that has been forged over the last 20 years. It is composed of four moments, 11 movements, phrases or key words, stories, creative visualizations, which are harmoniously integrated with the purpose of developing elevated states of consciousness, quality of life and bioenergetic well-being. The type of research is quasi-experimental, with the application of qualitative and quantitative techniques. The sample was defined based on inclusion, exclusion and exit criteria. The treatment was the practice of the EOS with a replication of 21 days. Observation and interview techniques were applied, through the following instruments: a) Clinical Histories for the Naturopathy career (Annex 1-A-D); b) Emotional Stress Test (Adaptation of Thomas Holme, 1967); Test of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire; (WHOQOL Group, 1993). The project comprises four phases: a) pre-sampling; b) sampling and outreach phase; c) data processing and analysis phase; and d) replication phase. In the results, SOE as a therapy helped improve the health of 32 to 44 treated patients between men and women. At the conclusion of the research, according to the statistical evidence, we can affirm that a THERAPEUTIC EFFECT was manifested after applying the SOE treatment, but only in the psychological, emotional and perception of quality of life and general health in patients in the INNOVATION gymnastics group for the elderly (cohort 2023-2025).
dc.description.abstractLa Secuencia Oráculo Evolución (SOE), es el reconocimiento de la inteligencia corporal, que puede ser aplicada con fines terapéuticos. Es una secuencia de movimientos físicos, producto de un proceso de introspección de la autora -proceso que se ha fraguado en los últimos 20 años. Se compone cuatro momentos, 11 movimientos, frases o palabras clave, historias, visualizaciones creativas, los cuales, se integran armoniosamente con el propósito de desarrollar estados elevados de conciencia, calidad de vida y bienestar bioenergético. El tipo de investigación es cuasiexperimental, con la aplicación de técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, la muestra fue definida en base a criterios de inclusión, exclusión y salida. El tratamiento fue la práctica de la SOE con una replicación de 21 días. Se aplicaron las técnicas observación y entrevista, por medio de los instrumentos: a) Historias Clínicas para la carrera de Naturopatía (Anexo 1-A-D) ; b) Test de Estrés Emocional (Adaptación de Thomas Holme, 1967); Test World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire; (WHOQOL Group , 1993). El proyecto comprende cuatro fases: a) premuestreo; b) fase de muestreo y vinculación con la sociedad; c) fase de procesamiento de datos y análisis; y d) fase de replicación. En los resultados, la SOE como terapia coadyuvó a mejorar la salud de 32 a 44 pacientes tratados entre hombres y mujeres. Al concluir la investigación, según la evidencia estadística, podemos afirmar que, sí se manifestó un EFECTO TERAPEÚTICO luego de aplicar el tratamiento SOE, pero sólo en el plano psicológico, emocional y de percepción de la calidad de vida y salud general en los pacientes del grupo de gimnasia INNOVACIÓN del adulto mayor (cohorte 2023-2025).
