dc.descriptionThe clinical case of a patient with osteoarthritis. It was asked whether moxibustion therapies with Ginger could revitalize the bone and joint in case of osteoarthritis. After applying the described 7 moxibustion therapies, the result was pain relief and reduction of the inflammatory process typical of osteoarthritis that was evident both in the laboratory and radiographic results. The use of ginger moxibustion reduced the clinical signs of the syndrome in the patient and led to an improvement in bone regeneration. Moxibustion is a method that treats and prevents diseases by applying heat through using burning moxa cones and cigars, on certain points of the human body.
