Abstract
Description
The Human Being is exposed daily to infectious agents, potentially harmful substances, when
entering our body, they can cause great damage and unbalance the health of the individual,
leading to illness or death.
The digestive processes begin at the oral level, in this place they must be properly crushed,
salivated, forming the food bolus, then they will reach the stomach through the esophagus,
the food bolus in the stomach will receive the actions of hydrochloric acid and pepsin, due
to the High consumption of foods high in alkalinity, the pH of the acid has increased,
allowing some disorders the passage of hostile microorganisms to the intestinal tract, a
partially metabolized chyme that resembles the bolus.
This poorly processed “chyme” covered by microorganisms, harmful antigens, with high
levels of gluten, animal casein, reaches the small intestine where they will produce epithelial
alterations, such as at the level of the mucus layer, destruction of the binding complexes that
They join them to the intestinal epithelium.
Gluten and animal casein break these complexes of cellular junctions and the basement
membrane, putting many microorganisms and antigens in contact with the connective tissue.
In this place, cells of the immune system are located (Bursa de Fabricio) that will begin a
real fight for prevent elements harmful to the body from reaching other parts of the body,
producing great inflammation in the injured spaces, eventually becoming Leaky Gut
Syndrome.
In the study carried out, it has been possible to analyze the responsibility that this intestinal
permeability has with the presence of important pathologies, such as: Migraine,
Dysmenorrhea, skin problems, eczema or psoriasis, psychological disorders (depression),
autoimmune diseases that affect the thyroid or joints.
