dc.descriptionSe realizó un estudio prospectivo y longitudinal de tipo cuasi experimental, utilizando el Qi Gong como terapia alternativa para el estrés laboral, el objetivo general fue demostrar el impacto de esta en pacientes que trabajan en la agricultura con este tipo de problema. El estrés es uno de los mecanismos más trascendentales en la vida del ser humano. Quienes trabajan en el campo, están expuestos a una variedad y diversidad de factores que provocan estrés ya sea, a corto o largo plazo, lo cual trae como consecuencia, alteraciones de la salud física o mental y cambios en el comportamiento. El tratamiento resultó ser efectivo en la mayoría de los pacientes.
dc.description.abstractA quasi-experimental prospective and longitudinal study was carried out, using Qi Gong as an alternative therapy for work stress, the general objective was to demonstrate its impact on patients who work in agriculture with this type of problem. Stress is one of the most transcendental mechanisms in the life of the human being. Those who work in the field are exposed to a variety and diversity of factors that cause stress, either in the short or long term, which results in changes in physical or mental health and changes in behavior. The treatment turned out to be effective in most of the patients.
