    In this academic essay, which is supported by other research in which the use of Cupping in the Treatment of very varied conditions is demonstrated. In the present work, it is exposed on the treatment of Stress with its multiple manifestations with the Cupping, highlighting the benefits that we find with treatments of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Cupping is an ancient and traditional healing method that consists of sucking certain points of the body, controlling congested energy nodules, regulating vital flow and helping to eliminate toxins, it is useful in the diagnosis and recovery of health.

    This academic essay is supported by other research in which the use of a modality of Traditional Chinese Medicine is demonstrated, Acupuncture, which consists of a type of massage in which the fingers exert pressure on certain particular points of the body, with the purpose of relieving some health conditions and particularly in the present research for the treatment of Anxiety. Anxiety manifests itself as a feeling of fear and worry, causing physiological changes in people in their body, so it can alter the behavior and ultimately the Health of individuals, hence the importance of being able to perform a Naturopathic treatment, innocuous and without adverse relapses.

    In this academic essay, which is supported by other research that demonstrates the use and implementation of Ginger (Zingiber Officinale) in different conditions. In Ecuador the problem of Obesity is present, as in many developing countries, despite the fact that it is in developed countries where it was initially identified. In this work, the topical treatment with Ginger Gel (Zingiber) in people with Obesity in the city of Milagros del Ecuador is exposed, where it was observed that the result of its application was very effective in most cases.

    In this academic essay, which is supported by other research that demonstrates the use and implementation of Agave Americano (Cabuyo Negro) for the treatment of Rheumatism, reference is also made to its use in Latin America in other conditions as dissimilar such as asthma, colon cancer and respiratory conditions. An ointment was developed that was used in five patients, obtaining magnificent results, taking advantage of all the information collected on the usefulness of the plant in the treatment of rheumatic conditions.

    Shiatsu is a technique that comes to us from Japan, as an important element for the integral treatment of the individual, it is from the holistic point of view an important tool, not to treat specific symptoms, but to act in the depths of the human being, awakening the mechanisms of self-healing. In this academic essay, based on an extensive bibliographic review, you can find the characteristics and modes of application of this modality of natural medicine to treat the post-covid-19 Syndrome; which, being a relatively new condition, is not yet known exactly why all its manifestations and therefore neither the preventive and specific treatment of it.

Movement therapies are used by many cultures since ancient times, offering magnificent results in the recovery of patients' health.

An exhaustive review was carried out on the impact that PETIVERIA ALLIACEA has had on human health, due to its medicinal properties. In this work, it is exposed on the treatment with tincture elaborated from the PETIVERIA ALLIACEA to control the glucose levels; highlighting the benefits that we find with natural treatments.
