Abstract
In this academic essay, which is supported by other research that demonstrates the use and
implementation of Agave Americano (Cabuyo Negro) for the treatment of Rheumatism,
reference is also made to its use in Latin America in other conditions as dissimilar such as
asthma, colon cancer and respiratory conditions.
An ointment was developed that was used in five patients, obtaining magnificent results,
taking advantage of all the information collected on the usefulness of the plant in the treatment
of rheumatic conditions.

Resumen:
En el presente ensayo académico, el cual se encuentra respaldado por otras investigaciones
en las que se demuestra el uso e implementación del Agave Americano (Cabuyo Negro)
para el tratamiento del Reumatismo, también se hace referencia a su utilización en
Latinoamérica en otras afecciones tan disímiles como el asma, el cáncer de colon y
afecciones respiratorias.
Se elaboró una pomada que fue utilizada en cinco pacientes obteniéndose magníficos
resultados, esto aprovechando toda la información recopilada sobre la utilidad de la planta
en el tratamiento de afecciones reumáticas.
